The Uttech service platform is an intelligent management platform provided to you by Zhuhai Uttech Power Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Before using the products or services of this platform, you must carefully read and fully understand this agreement, and only start using them after fully understanding and agreeing to accept it. 1 Our Role

Our Role: We are the data controller for you. This means we have the authority to decide how to process your personal information and for what purposes. We understand that you care about how your data is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust. We will do so carefully and rationally.

2 How We Collect and Use Your User Information

The information we collect and use when you use our company's products or services. We will only collect and use your user information for the business functions stated in this policy. The purpose of collecting user information is to provide you with products or services. You have the right to choose whether to provide such information. However, in most cases, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding services or address the problems you encounter.

The display and disabling methods of permissions may vary across different devices. For specific details, please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by the device and system developers. Please note that unless otherwise specified, when you enable any permission, it means you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Once you disable any permission, it means you revoke the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on that permission, nor will we be able to provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. 3 How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

3.1 Cookies

4 How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your User Information

4.1 Sharing

We will not share your user information with any other companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following cases:

1.            Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your user information with third parties.

2.            We may share your user information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or the mandatory requirements of government authorities.

3.            Sharing with our affiliated companies: Your user information may be shared with our affiliated companies. We will only share the necessary user information, which is subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliated company intends to change the purpose of processing user information, it will seek your authorization and consent again.

4.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your user information to any companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following cases:

1.            Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your user information to other parties.

2.            In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if the transfer of user information is involved, we will require the new company or organization that holds your user information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.

4.3 Public Disclosure

We will not publicly disclose your user information to any companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following cases:

1.            Public disclosure with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will publicly disclose your user information to other parties.

2.            In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if the public disclosure of user information is involved, we will require the new company or organization that holds your user information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.

4.4 Exceptions to Obtaining Prior Authorization and Consent for Sharing, Transferring, and Publicly Disclosing Information

Please understand that in accordance with laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to share, transfer, or publicly disclose your user information in the following circumstances:

1.            Acts that oppose the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

2.            Acts that endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity;

3.            Acts that harm national honor and interests;

4.            Acts that incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermine ethnic unity;

5.            Acts that undermine national religious policies, promote cults, or spread feudal superstitions;

6.            Acts that disseminate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigate crimes;

7.            Acts that insult or defame others and infringe upon others' legitimate rights and interests;

8.            Circumstances directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

9.            Circumstances directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

10.          Circumstances where it is necessary to safeguard your or another individual's life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;

11.          Information that you have voluntarily made public to the public;

12.          Information collected from legally publicly disclosed sources, such as legal news reports, government information disclosures, and other channels.

4.5 Management of Third-Party SDKs

Certain services of ours will be provided by authorized third-party companies only for the purposes stated in this policy. We may share some of your user information with third-party companies to provide better customer services and user experience. We will only share your user information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share the user information necessary for providing the services. To better operate and improve technologies and services, you agree that we and the authorized third-party companies may use the collected information for other services and purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 5 How We Store Your Information

In principle, the user information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will only retain your user information for the period necessary for the purposes and uses stated in this policy and the shortest period required by laws and regulations. After the expiration of the aforementioned retention period, we will delete your user information or anonymize it in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, or for the purposes of public interest, scientific and historical research, or with your additional authorization and consent, we may need to retain the relevant data for a longer period.

Since we provide products or services through global resources and servers, this means that with your authorization and consent, your user information may be transferred to overseas jurisdictions where you use the products or services, or accessed from these jurisdictions. Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws or even no relevant laws at all. In such cases, we will ensure that your user information receives protection equivalent to that within the territory of the People's Republic of China. For example, we will request your consent for the cross-border transfer of user information, or implement security measures such as data de-identification before cross-border data transfer.

6 How We Protect Your User Information

1.            We have adopted security protection measures that meet industry standards to protect the user information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonably feasible measures to protect your user information. For example, data exchanged between your browser and the "Service" is protected by SSL encryption; we also provide HTTPS secure browsing for the website; we will use encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality; we will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access user information; and we will conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting user information.

2.            We will take all reasonably feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant user information is not collected. We will only retain your user information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law.

3.            The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. When using the products or services of this platform, we strongly recommend that you do not send your information through communication methods not recommended by this platform. You can establish connections and share with others through our services. When you create communications, transactions, or shares through our services, you can independently select the objects with whom you communicate, transact, or share, who will be the third parties that can see relevant information such as your transaction content, contact information, communication information, or shared content.

4.            We will regularly update and publicly disclose relevant content of reports such as security risks and user information security impact assessments. You can obtain them through the following methods: We will inform you via APP push notifications, emails/SMS messages, phone calls, etc.

5.            The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send to us. Even if we make great efforts and take all reasonable and necessary measures, there may still be a possibility that your user information cannot be completely prevented from being illegally accessed, stolen, tampered with, or destroyed, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests. Please understand the above risks of the information network and voluntarily assume them.

6.            If you find that someone else has used or stolen your account and password, or any other unauthorized use occurs, you should immediately notify us in the required valid manner. When you notify us, you should provide valid personal identification information consistent with your registered identity information. After receiving your valid request and verifying your identity, we will take corresponding measures according to your request or the specific situation (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of the account). You shall bear any losses incurred by you or other users due to the adoption of corresponding measures according to your request. If you fail to provide valid identity information or the valid personal identification information you provide is inconsistent with the registered identity information, we have the right to reject your request, and you shall bear any losses resulting therefrom.

7.            In the event of an unfortunate user information security incident, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation of the security incident and its possible impact, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedies for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident via email, letter, phone call, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to inform each user information subject one by one, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will also proactively report the disposal of the user information security incident to the regulatory authorities in accordance with their requirements.

7 Your Rights

In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, standards, and common practices in other countries and regions, we ensure that you can exercise the following rights with respect to your own user information:

1.            Access to Your User Information

You have the right to access your user information, except in cases specified by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise your right to access data, you can view your personal information through our application software. If you cannot view your personal user information through the above method, you can contact us at any time using our web form or send an email to dataprivacy@ut.cn. We will respond to your access request within 15 days.

2.            Correction of Your User Information

When you find that the user information about you processed by us is incorrect, you have the right to request us to correct it. You can submit a correction application through the methods listed in "(1) Access to Your User Information". If you cannot correct such user information through the above link, you can contact us at any time using our web form or send an email to dataprivacy@ut.cn. We will respond to your correction request within 15 days.

3.            Deletion of Your User Information

In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your user information:

a) If our processing of user information violates laws and regulations;

b) If we collect or use your user information without obtaining your consent;

c) If our processing of user information violates the agreement with you;

d) If you no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account;

e) If we no longer provide you with products or services.

We will evaluate your deletion request, and if it meets the relevant provisions, we will take corresponding steps to process it. When you submit a deletion request to us, we may require you to verify your identity to ensure the security of the account. After you delete the information from our services, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your information until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

1.            Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and Consent

Each business function requires some basic user information to be completed (see "Part 2" of this policy). Regarding the collection and use of user information, you can grant or revoke your authorization and consent at any time. You can change the scope of authorization for us to collect personal information or revoke your authorization by disabling device functions in the application settings, etc. After you revoke your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding user information. At the same time, please note that revoking your authorization and consent may lead to certain consequences. For example, we may no longer be able to continue providing you with the corresponding services or specific functions. However, your decision to revoke consent will not affect the user information processing that has already been conducted based on your previous authorization.

2.            Restricting Automated Decision-Making by Information Systems

In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on automated decision-making mechanisms such as information systems and algorithms, without human involvement. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request us to provide an explanation, and we will also provide appropriate remedies.

3.            Responding to Your Above-Mentioned Requests

For security purposes, you may be required to submit a written request or provide proof of your identity in other ways. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request. In principle, we will not charge fees for your reasonable requests. However, for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we may charge a certain cost fee depending on the circumstances. We may refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of a new system or a fundamental change to existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical.

Please also understand that due to security considerations, requirements of relevant laws and regulations, or technical limitations, we may not be able to respond to some of your requests. Examples of such circumstances include:

a) Circumstances related to the performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations by the user information controller;

b) Circumstances directly related to national security and national defense security;

c) Circumstances directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

d) Circumstances directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

e) Circumstances where the user information controller has sufficient evidence to prove that the user information subject has subjective malice or abuses rights;

f) Circumstances where it is necessary to safeguard the life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests of the user information subject or another individual, but it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;

g) Circumstances where responding to the user information subject's request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the user information subject or other individuals or organizations;

h) Circumstances involving trade secrets.

1.            Cancellation of User Information Subject's Information

You can cancel the personal information you previously registered at any time. If you need to do so, you can contact us by sending an email to dataprivacy@ut.cn to cancel your user account as the information subject. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and, in accordance with your request, delete your personal information within 15 working days.

8 How We Handle Minors' Personal Information

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Our products, websites, and services are mainly intended for adults. Minors should not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. Although local laws and customs may have different definitions of minors, we consider anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor.

In cases where minors' user information is collected with the consent of their parents or guardians, we will only store, use, or publicly disclose such information if permitted by law, explicitly consented to by the parents or guardians, or necessary for the protection of the minors; otherwise, we will take measures to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

Due to the limitations of existing technologies and business models, it is difficult for us to proactively identify minors' personal information. If you find that we have collected minors' personal information without knowing it or without obtaining verifiable prior consent from their guardians, you can contact us promptly. We will take measures to delete it as soon as possible after discovery. If we discover the aforementioned situation ourselves, we will also delete it promptly, unless required by law to retain it.

9 Updates to the Terms

Our Privacy Policy may be changed. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this Privacy Policy. We will post any changes to this policy on this page. For significant changes, we will also provide more prominent notifications. The significant changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:

1.            Significant changes in our service model, such as changes in the purpose of processing user information, the type of user information processed, the method of using user information, etc.;

2.            Significant changes in our ownership structure, organizational structure, etc., such as changes in ownership caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, etc.;

3.            Changes in the main recipients of user information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure;

4.            Significant changes in your rights regarding participation in user information processing and the methods of exercising such rights;

5.            Changes in the department responsible for user information security, contact information, and complaint channels;

6.            When the user information security impact assessment report indicates high risks.

In general, we will respond within fifteen days. If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if you believe that our user information processing has harmed your legitimate rights and interests, you can also file a complaint or report to the cyberspace administration, telecommunications department, public security department, and industry and commerce supervision department. If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if you believe that our personal information processing has harmed your legitimate rights and interests, you can also seek a solution by filing a lawsuit with the people's court that has jurisdiction over the defendant's domicile.
